“CHaka”

Chaka is the heart of our program. He has an outstanding temperament - calm, mellow, gentle, and smart with excellent retrieving drive. He is a powerful swimmer and would love to play fetch all day, but is just as happy to lay at your feet for hours at a time. His “on and off switch” makes for a wonderful dual purpose labrador that can be active and driven, as well as relaxed and settled at any moment.

His easy going and eager to please personality allows him to get along with all animals and people he meets, and his solid structure and luxurious long coat adds to his charm! Chaka is a gem for our program, and will provide stable, confident, gentle, biddable, and beautiful qualities for his puppies!

“Pneuma”

Pneuma is our loveable black beauty who is a social butterfly and extremely gentle. Her playful personality paired with her gentle nature allows her to befriend even the smallest creatures - including kids, cats, and small dogs! Her beauty is paired with brains, as she became a shining star in our training program - off leash reliable at 5 months old with commands (including recall) around distractions! She continues to build AKC titles when I can find the time to test her, and she gladly picks up where we left off without missing a beat! She loves to play with others, fetch, swim, take long walks and go on daylong outings with you, but will also just lay in the sun or at your feet for a while - happy as a clam. In her first puppy classes, other owners couldn’t believe how calm she was for her age! However, ask her to go on a hike or field trip, and she’s ready to be at it all day!

Her exceptional temperament with animals and people, as well as confidence in new environments and experiences makes her an ideal “everywhere” kind of dog. Her moderate build provides beauty and function and we are excited to have sweet Pneuma for our program. She will share her sweet, fun loving, trainable qualities, as well as her solid structure and blocky head with her puppies!

We are proud that her bloodline brings in great qualities of her sire’s Canadian Kennel Club Hunstdown’s Bjorn and Black Cherry, as well as diversity from Ukrainian import Oktavia Rose. Many of her previous litter mates have gone on to be working service dogs, companions, and hunting partners. It’s why we love the labrador - it’s a down for anything, do anything kind of breed!
